2021 British Columbia Community-Level Emissions Benchmarking

The following contains the processed data results from the 2021 Community Emissions and Energy Dataset for the 55 BC Cities. Data analysis was conducted to determine the total emissions from each fuel source, from each of the various transportation modes included in the reference dataset. On-road transportation emissions are primarily split between Diesel and Gasoline fuels. Natural Gas, Propane, and Other fuel sources represent a negligble emissions level (less than 1%) compared to magnitudes for gas and diesel.

CEEI data has been processed at the community level in order to streamline the inventory process for municipalities. Charts for each city can be downloaded as an image by clicking the camera icon. Charts and source data can be editted through Plotly studio by clicking the pencil icon.

Community charts are listed in alphebetical order, with pie charts available for Emissions per Fuel Source and Emissions by Vehicle type.
